We really loved how kind and helpful all the staff was especially the lovely receptionist PAMELA she was the person who greeted us when we first arrived to the hotel, she was so helpful even with all our questions and so nice when we had our treatments cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and explained everything about the facilities, 10/10 best spa hotel we have ever been through. Overall very friendly, understanding staff and amazing facilities and the food!!!!! It was gorgeous, will definitely be coming here again.

I took my 3 year old granddaughter who has allergies ,I had discussed her allergies prior to arriving At breakfast I informed a lovely young lady about her allergies and she went straight to the kitchen and got a freshly cooked breakfast for her so we didn't have to take from the buffet A first class service

Generously sized room, good (12m?) swimming pool, sauna and gym facilities, which were quiet mid-week. Location just opposite Clumber Park - a beautiful place to run. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quiet given its next to a main road. I was here to work and it was ideal for my needs for a couple of nights. 5 minutes from the A1.

The room was very nice and comfortable apart from the pillows. Perhaps a feather and down pillow would be more appropriate. The breakfast was excellent, especially the bacon. However, on Sunday morning the eggs were very hard and the hash browns over cooked. The pastries were also over cooked and very dry.

We had a large double room which was very beautifully decorated. Bed was comfortable to sleep in & everything was clean. The radiator worked when we needed to boost the heat in the room. The WiFi code supplied in the room also sorted signal issues. We didn’t arrive at the location till after 7pm but were still able to use the pool/sauna/steam room & then we also managed to book for dinner in the restaurant before they stopped serving food. Both our meals were really good, & we found all the staff we interacted with & spoke to to be really lovely, & helpful. We also booked the buffet breakfast for the next morning & we were pleased check out was 11am & not earlier. We could have used the pool before leaving but we ran out of time. We enjoyed our whole stay & enjoyed being in the hotel & the Clumber Park area surroundings. Would definitely stay again.

We were upgraded to a newly refurbished room which was very clean, comfy and stylish, it was an accessible room which we didn't need personally but the bathroom in particular was very well designed for disabled access. We didn't have time to use the spa so I can't comment on that. Food was excellent.

The staff were amazing! huge thank you to Elijah and Vicky in the restaurant / bar area who were fantastic, made our stay very fun and but very professional, brilliant! The food was delicious, so big thank you for the chef/s too, and the breakfast host who was really helpful, quick and efficient. Jane on the reception was fantastic in organising an accessible room, thank you, and a really warm welcome when we arrived from Jane too! It was a lovely area in the spa, just what we needed, a lovely break with spa, very clean, staff in the hotel and spa couldn't be more helpful. We'll definitely be returning - thank you!

Beautiful hotel and spa. Gorgeous location with Clumber Park in walking distance. All the staff were super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The food was lovely. Had breakfast, which is a bit of everything you need in a good, hearty breakfast. The evening meal was delicious. Really good price too. Had an afternoon tea, which was very pretty, well presented, and delicious. An absolute must try for that extra special treat. The pool was very clean and a great size and temperature. We enjoyed the sauna and steam room, which was again a good size, clean, and great temperature. We stayed in a newly refurbished room with a double and single bed. The beds were dressed beautifully and were very comfortable. The decor was very tasteful and well presented. Had plenty of refreshments stocked daily in our room. The pool was open to children at certain times of the day, so there was plenty of family time as well as adult only swim time. We didn't try any treatments at the spa, nor did we use the gym. We are definitely coming back!

Staff very professional and friendly, especially the lady on 20th in the morning. Location was perfect for myself and my partner. Ample parking. Lots of facilities and good opening times for them. Breakfast was nice. Early check in/late check out option (if available) Excellent and quick communication from the property when I communicated via messaging on booking.com Cleanliness Didn't notice the road noise at all Signage and entrance very straight forward Takeaways do deliver, so that is handy. Bar is nice and inviting as well
